These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at geniin.com and the services provided by Geniin, Inc. (“Geniin, ” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them in an unauthorized manner, interfering with their operation, or using them to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Geniin operates an SMS program (“Geniin Verification”) used solely to deliver automated one-time verification codes that confirm your identity and help secure your account. This is a transactional program; we do not send marketing or promotional messages through it.

Consent and opt-in

You agree to receive automated one-time verification codes from Geniin, Inc.. You provide this consent through an affirmative action — entering your mobile phone number and requesting a verification code during sign-in or account verification. We do not pre-check any consent box, and providing your number for verification is not a condition of receiving any marketing communications.

Program terms

• You agree to receive automated one-time verification codes from Geniin, Inc..
• Message frequency is on-demand.
• Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out. Text HELP for assistance.

For help with the messaging program, reply HELP or contact us at support@geniin.com. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and your mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, trademarks, and software, are owned by Geniin, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geniin, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
